Specially designed for expecting and new mothers, these versatile gel pads provide soothing warmth or cooling relief for a variety of pregnancy and postpartum discomforts. Whether for muscle relaxation or to ease swelling, the pads deliver targeted, safe, and comfortable relief.

Product Features:

Complete Set – Includes two gel pads and two soft sleeves: one set to wear, one to chill or wash.
Secure Fit – Sleeves with clips hold the gel pad firmly in place inside underwear.
Hot & Cold Use – Suitable for both warm and cold applications.
Multipurpose – Ideal for perineal discomfort, C-section recovery, hemorrhoids, muscle tension, or general localized pain.

How to Use:

To chill: Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
To freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
To heat: Submerge in hot water for at least 3 minutes, or microwave for 20 seconds, adding 5-second increments if needed.
Insert the gel pad into the sleeve and apply to the affected area or clip into underwear.
