Shipping information
At MyComfyNest, we take great care to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping method
We use DHL for all our deliveries. DHL ensures fast and reliable shipping, so you can track your order at all times.
Processing time
Once your order and payment have been confirmed, it usually takes 1-2 working days for us to process your items and prepare them for dispatch. This time may be slightly longer during peak periods.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the location:
Germany: 1-3 working days
European Union: 3-7 working days
International: 7-14 working days (depending on country)
Shipping costs
With the exception of gift packages, shipping is free within Germany for orders over 60 euros.
The shipping costs depend on the size of your order and the delivery address. You can view the shipping costs on the checkout page before you finalise your order.
Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can use this number to track the status of your order and the delivery progress on the DHL website.
Delivery delays
Please note that despite our best efforts, unexpected delays may occur, e.g. due to weather conditions, public holidays or customs inspections. Should your delivery be delayed, please feel free to contact us for further information.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct to avoid delays or delivery problems.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
