Return and Refund Policy
At MyComfyNest we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, sometimes things may not go as expected and we want to make the return and refund process as easy and quick as possible. Below you will find detailed information about our return and refund policy:
1. Return conditions
You can return products within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned with all original labels and tags.
- The product must be returned in the same manner as it was delivered and in its original packaging.
- The product must meet the requirements of the category sold (e.g. hygiene products, baby products).
- Return requests must be made within a certain time frame.
Some special offers or promotional products cannot be returned. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please contact our customer service.
2. How to return a product
If you would like to return a product, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@mycomfynest.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions.
- Return Policy: We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and return address. Please make sure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
- Send the product: After receiving the return policy, send the product to the address provided.
3. Reimbursement process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed. Information about the refund process:
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that the refund processing time may take 7-14 business days .
- Refunds made using credit or debit cards will be refunded to the relevant card. Payments made through PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.
- The refund will include the product price, however return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer (see "Return Shipping Costs" section for more information).
4. Return costs
The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or was shipped due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
5. Damaged or defective products
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, we are very sorry. If the product is faulty or damaged, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us immediately: Send an email to info@mycomfynest.com and include your order number. Please also attach photos of the damaged product.
- Product Exchange or Refund: After inspecting the product, we will either give you a full refund or send you a free replacement product .
- Photo Submission: Providing photos of the damaged or faulty product will help us resolve the issue quickly.
6. Non-returnable products
Some products cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or customized products (e.g. engraved or monogrammed products).
- gift cards
- Opened or used baby, hygiene and health and safety products.
- Opened or used gift boxes or gift sets.
- Products that have been customized or personalized specifically for you or your baby.
7. Product substitutions
At this time we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different size, color or model, return the product and place a new order for the desired product. This will allow you to quickly and easily get the product you need.
